How do I order?
Orders will be accepted through the website 24-7, 365 days per year, however, our office is open Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) 9am until 5 pm so our orders will only be processed during these times.
How can I pay?
We accept payment from the following:
- Belfius
- iDEAL
- ING HomePay
- KBC/CBC betaalknop
- SOFORT Banking
- BANCONTACT
Can I track my order?
Once the order has been printed and is ready for dispatch you will automatically receive a track and trace number.
How can I return my order?
1. Fill in the returns form and press submit.
2. Then send the products to be returned with your contact details and ordernumber (returns address on the return form).
3. Return are made at your own/customers expense we recommend that you use a secure trackable service e.g. postNL, DHL or UPS and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
All returns need to be done within 30 days of receipt of goods, unwanted goods should be returned in the original packaging, unopened, undamaged and in a saleable condition.
Please note: We are unable to accept the return of any bespoke/tailor made products.
Once we receive your parcel we will refund your account within 14 working days after receipt of the parcel.
Please Note: It is important that the above process is followed for all product returns, any returns received outside of tis process will delay any refunds and may be returned to you without a refund being processed.
